Southbank was formed in 2011 by Antony Chandler and Paul Oliver, who have extensive experience in the asset finance market generally and in particular in financing in the card payment processing market. Our clients are the UK's leading payment processing companies and independent sales organisations.

Our associated company, Paytek Administration Services Ltd, handles all contract management and administration on behalf of Southbank and its clients.

Since formation, Southbank has financed in excess of 40,000 contracts for its clients.
